SUNY Stony Brook, Long Island, NY - Building J Dormitories

DVL provided engineering design services for a new dormitory on the SUNY Stony Brook Campus.  Design of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems was provided in BIM/Revitt.  This 176 bed residence hall is being designed to be incorporated into a portion of the campus being developed for additional on campus housing and is at the Schematic Phase.

SUNY Stony Brook, Long Island, NY Javits Lecture Hall 

DVL also provided engineering design services to address outstanding building wear and tear at the Javits Lecture Hall facility on the Stony Brook campus.  This involved a full scale rehabilitation of this heavily utilized instructional space and all necessary mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection upgrades to bring buildings systems up to date and up to current Code requirements.
