PS 469X is a brand new school built in the Bronx, NY. This new 5 story school was created to accommodate 650 students. DVL provided all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for this new school facility while adhering strictly to Code and NYC SCA Green Schools Building Design standards.
