This project involved the construction of a new two-story addition to an existing public school originally built in 1948. The addition expanded the school’s capacity to 428 students while modernizing the campus with a comprehensive range of new educational and support spaces. The work included typical instructional classrooms, specialized learning environments, and shared student amenities including a new kitchen and cafeteria.  DVL provided full MEP/FP engineering services to design this new addition and carefully integrated it into the historic 1948 building.
