HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems design for new 144 bed, medium security building.  Engineering systems design included site electrical 13KV switchgear, site telephone system, exterior lighting.  Interior systems design included security system connections, design of standby power system, cable television, sprinklers, hot water supply and distribution systems and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
