DVL Consulting Engineers, Inc. was the Engineer of Record for two projects at John Jay College at Haaren Hall and at Club Row.  The Club Row project involved the reconfiguration of existing spaces to create new public assembly and dining spaces.  Intended to accommodate approximately 120 students, the reconfiguration of this space required corresponding HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, telecommunications and data systems be redesigned to accommodate the changing occupancy needs.  The Haaren Hall project required that DVL design a new fire alarm and fire protection for this space, including egress fire protection.
