Projects

The Mayor of NYC’s Universal Pre-K Initiative led to the creation of several new school spaces intended to provide preschool education for all children throughout New York City.  DVL provided MEP/FP engineering to modify existing spaces to create these new schools, many of which required significant modifications to leased floors in high rise buildings.  These projects required significant coordination and strategic efforts to maintain progress to meet strict schedule requirements.   The following Pre-Ks were created as part of this initiative:  PS 695K, PS 77R, PS 66R, Kew Gardens PreK, Regina Pacis PreK.
