PS/IS 342M - Riverside Center
DVL is currently providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for a new public school to be nestled within this new development on the West Side of Manhattan. The plan for this underutilized portion of hte city is to create mixed use structures including both residential and commercial spaces and a new school building for the local children. The new school will be an 85,000 sq.ft. facility within a 43 story building following the program and design requirements approved by the New York City School Construction Authority.
