Harlem Children's Zone
DVL Consulting Engineers, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services for the creation of this new charter school. This new five-story, 125, 000 sq. ft. school was created as part of the Harlem Children’s Zone initiative to provide quality education for children in Harlem from Preschool to High School and to offer resources for the community. Promise Academy will offer a large variety of services and programs for children and their families, will be open 24 hours a day and will also contain a Health Clinic to service the community.
